An annotation can be added to the project from any view. An annotation is a note about a specific section or feature of a deck design project. 

  1. Click Add in the Home ribbon.
  2. Click Annotation from the menu.
  3. To place the annotation, move the mouse pointer to the desired location and click the left mouse button.
  4. To edit the annotation, double-click it, type the new text, and click OK.


NOTE:  This feature is only available in Professional and Enterprise versions.
